Kendall Rodriguez '08
Kendall graduated from TCU in 2008 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology of Leadership. After graduation she moved home to Orange County, California where she currently still lives with her husband, Tommy Rodriguez. Half her heart still lingers in Fort Worth (along with her love of real BBQ), but the cooler weather and familiar beaches proved too hard to resist.
After working as an events manager for a few years, she teamed up with one of her high school friends to help her run The Yes Girls Events. The Yes Girls Events is a marriage proposal planning service. The offices are located in California, but Kendall and her business partner have planned over 200 proposals all over the United Stated and abroad.
Kendall said she loves helping men plan this memorable moment in a couple's life! This job allows her to use her planning skills, but she finds that her psychology background comes in handy when calming down last minutes nerves. The Yes Girls personalize every proposal because every couple has their own unique story!
Women have wedding planners, so why shouldn't men have proposal planners?
