WHO YOU ARE:
Making her first splash in country music with her top 100 single ‘Just Another Blonde’, Adrian came out as a sassy-spit-fire woman determined on making a name for herself in the Texas music scene. Hailing from the great state of Texas, Adrian is a Dallas local and plans to stay that way.
BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SINCE GRADUATION:
Since graduation I would say my accomplishment is having 4 top 100 radio singles in Texas. My most successful so far has been "Avalanche" which got to #21. Being able to say that my music is on the radio and that people want to hear it is unbelievable to me. That feeling will never get old!
FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING A TCU ALUMNA:
I LOVE being a Frog and the connection it gives all of us alumni. Whether you are a recent 2000+ grad or a 1989 grad we all have a common love for TCU that we can appreciate and love about each other. I have seen so much support from our TCU alumni with fellow Frogs coming out to my shows, downloading songs on iTunes or even hiring my band for an event. It truly is a Frog Family!
FAVORITE MEMORY WHILE IN SCHOOL AT TCU:
Oh man, there are so many to pick from. I think my favorite has to be when ESPN college GAMEDAY came to campus for the 1st time and we all made signs and loaded up suitcases from the sorority house and slept on the grass outside the BLUU so we could be front row for the camera crews. It made for a VERY long gameday but it was sure worth it!!
WHERE CAN YOU BE FOUND ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON:
At sound check! My band and I are on the road most weekends. To prepare for a Friday or Saturday night show we get to the honky tonk about 3-4pm and load in, get set up, and sound check before having dinner and getting ready to take the stage for the show! It's always a different small Texas town and a new adventure every day, Saturday or not!
